If you find a cheaper rate within 24 hours of reservation, we will match it.
Terms and conditions
Best Rate Guarantee (BRG) is valid for 24 hours when we have received your reservation in our hotel reservation service.
BRG is valid for reservations done via our direct home page www.arcticlighthotel.fi / www.arcticcityhotel.fi
Cheaper rate must match with your original reservation dates, room category and number of persons.
BRG is expires 24 hours before your arrival date.
BRG is not valid for membership rates or free nights offered by reservation sites. BRG is also not valid for group discounts or other comparable discounts.
Cheaper rate must be available on publicly accessible internet reservation site also on the moment of verification.
Cheaper rate can not have any special conditions as registration, specific payment method or other comparable condition.
Hotel’s currency is euro (€). Other currencies are transferred to euro on the day’s current course according to Central Bank of Finland.
We hold the right to change the terms and conditions or cancel the BRG without separate announcement.
How to notify us
Take a screenshot of the cheaper rate and the URL of the reservation site and sent them by email to hotel@arcticlighthotel.fi. Screenshot must show correct number of dates, room category and number of persons. Email must mention current reservation number for existing reservation and contact details.
After we have verified the rate, we will match your reservations rate with it. If the reservation is paid in advance, we can either refund the difference or it can be alternatively used to any hotel services at the hotel including restaurant.
