Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests - space reservation is not required.

Pets are accepted. Pet fee is €15 / night. Pet friendly room types are Magic double, Arctic and Polar Street.

Child rates are valid for children 4-12 years old. Children under 4 years old without own bed or with baby cot are free of charge. In case 1 adult and 1 child of 4-12 years old share a twin room, child rate is the same as adult rate.
